In 1958 LIBERA UGO S.p.A was founded as a metal part producer with galvanic treatments, on behalf of third parties, for optical eyewear.
Over the years, together with the initial production of simple wire cores and temples, we have also developed that of hinges, injection, turning, wire bending manufacturing and much more.
In the meanwhile galvanic was stopped to focus on our investment and our component development, keeping only a single department for nickel-plating (three lines are still in function), allowing us to guarantee our customers immediate operativity and efficient service.
The whole production is situated in the origin site, on a surface of 7220 square meters.
More to say, the company disposes of an equipped and advanced mechanical workshop where we realize several types of mold and tooling, taking advantage of the latest technologies applied for the precision micromechanics sector.
The raw material we use in our processes comes from the European Community (more than 90% from Germany) and our products are exclusively certified as ‘Made in Italy’.
